These terms of use apply in addition to the terms or any other legal notice communicated to users by the Company or by any company that owns the social platforms and online communities used.

Quotes, 'Likes,' and comments are allowed. However, discussions about products of the Company or any other pharmaceutical company, or therapeutic options, are not allowed.

Management and moderation are entrusted to individuals who conduct periodic checks of published messages, at least once a working week. In any case, the user notes that the Company managing the relevant Channel cannot carry out preventive control of the Content and disclaims all responsibility for the content uploaded, published, or made available in any other way by users.

Where applicable, the user also notes that the Channel may allow sharing of Content posted on other social networks. The Company managing the relevant Channel has no control over the subsequent processing of the Content and disclaims all responsibility in this regard.

The Company will make every effort to respond to user comments and questions. whose content is commercial, such as the sale of products/services, advertising campaigns, or subscriber recruitment;
whose content is excessively repetitive and/or disturbing to the community or is unwanted;
whose subject is directly related to the legal field or involves confidential information or information related to medical conditions;
whose content violates the rules of conduct of the relevant Channel.
In addition, the user notes the following:

Published content must not mention drugs or active ingredients of Menarini Group companies or any other pharmaceutical company;
In accordance with current regulations, advertising content related to drugs cannot be published;
Ongoing legal proceedings or lawsuits cannot be mentioned;
Before uploading information that allows the identification of third parties (such as name, phone number, address, photos, and/or videos representing these third parties), the user must obtain their consent before publication and possible sharing via social media, with the understanding that the publication, using the features and computer tools available on the site, of any image or Content concerning a user automatically implies the user's consent for their dissemination or sharing;
Any use or mention of the user's Content or material transmitted using the features and computer tools of the Channel or obtained by the user using these features or tools is at the user's own risk.
The Company reserves the right to intervene by deleting any post that, at the discretion of the Company, may be deemed non-compliant with these terms of use.

The user acknowledges the Company's right/obligation to take all measures by which competent authorities require the Company to disclose the identity of anyone who has sent such material. The Company cannot be held responsible for losses or damages caused by content posted by yourself or other users, nor for losses and damages related to such content or resulting from it.

The Company reserves the right (to the extent of technical possibilities) to prohibit or block the interventions of users who repeatedly violate these terms of use or the rules of conduct of the Channel used and to report these users to the administrators of the social platform.
